BOB’S SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN
- Cut
up one fryer into it's individual parts and remove the skin.
- Sprinkle
liberally with Uncle Bob's Country Seasoned Salt.

Roll each piece in flour.
- Dip
gently in milk and re-flour.
- Deep
fry at 375 degrees for 8-9 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove
and drain. Serve
with a tasty side dish of mama's beans and potato salad.
