BOB’S BROILED FISH AND SHRIMP

- Cover
the bottom of a large baking pan with large unpeeled headless
gulf shrimp and fish filets.
- Melt
two sticks of margarine or real butter in a separate saucepan
and add the juice of three or four fresh lemons.
- Add
one heaping tablespoon of Uncle Bob's Country Seasoned Salt.
- Pour
this into the baking pan.
- Place
under broiler for about 5 minutes until the shrimp turns
white.
- Remove
the dish and turn the shrimp and fish over and continue
cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Baste
occasionally.
- Remove
this dish from the broiler, pour off the sauce, peel the
shrimp and serve. The thicker the filet, the longer it's
going to take.
