BOB’S BROILED CHICKEN PLATTER

- Peel
the skin from 6 chicken halves.
- Sprinkle
both sides with the "Original" seasoned salt and place them
in a glass baking dish.
- Melt
one stick of margarine in a saucepan, add one tablespoon
of Uncle Bob's Country Seasoned Salt and then gently pour
about one half of the sauce over the chicken halves.
- Place
them under the broiler and baste. After one side has turned
a golden brown, carefully turn the chicken halves over and
broil and baste this side.
Total
cooking time is about 1 hour. But some people take this baking
thing a little more serious and keep it in the oven a little
longer...We've been told! Serve with rice.
